Holistic Counselling
The consultation fee of $90 must be paid once the booking is confirmed.
Subsequent single or group sessions require a 50% deposit or full payment upon booking.
The remainder is due by the first session by Internet banking, or Wise Transfer if overseas, before the first session or cash on the day.
All payments are non-refundable if a client does not show or cancels within 24 hours.

Initial Consultation – $90 (up to 2 hrs. Allow 1 ½ hrs. for subsequent sessions)
Consultation
The consultation is where you talk, and I listen. You will be given the option to book for further sessions. A week apart, the same day and time is recommended. Whether you book for a further session or only receive a consultation, you will leave with insightful tips/tools relevant to your situation. You will also receive an email about your consultation, discoveries and aha moments, and other relevant information from our time together.

Sessions are available online, if you are not located in close proximity to Monterey, NSW.

Chat With Me
Sometimes you need to talk to someone with no commitment, no agenda. You want to be heard. Sometimes you want advice. You need someone to listen. This option is available over the phone or online for those who would like to drop in for a chat, a confidential ear and/or some guidance. This is an hour call. Please book via email or SMS. Fee: $50.00, payable at least 24hrs before the chat. No refunds are given if cancellation is after 24 hrs or you are a no show.

Tool Bag Request
Need assistance now? Email your challenge/issue and I will provide you with a relevant tool or exercise to work with. This session includes an emailed outline, with appropriate tool or strategy, as well as a follow up email. Fee: $60.00, payable prior to services rendered.

How to Book?
I am home based in Monterey (between Brighton Le Sands and Ramsgate Beach NSW). While person to person is preferable, online options are available if Monterey is too far to travel, or you live outside NSW, or Australia. Therefore, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS ARE WELCOME! HELP IS AT HAND, NO MATTER WHERE YOU RESIDE! Please book your consultation or bookings via email, stating the reason for your booking, as well as two days and times for appointment options.
